Clients' orders will not ship until payment has cleared.. PRODUCTS THAT ARE INCORRECT Damaged goods, shortages or other problems pertaining to shipments received must be reported to USA Drug Screening within 5 business calendar days of client receiving their product. Any errors that are not reported within 5 business calendar days from date of receipt will not be considered valid. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Free FedEx GROUND or FedEx orders over $75.00 for online orders. • Orders received before 3:00 pm will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Overnight deliveries are delivered the following business day. • Deliveries on Saturdays will have additional costs on shipments. Need to call 844-872-3784 • Shipping is on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri. Of each week. • We use FedEx for all orders or call us for international orders over $300.00. • Once orders have been placed and are processing they are unable to be changed or edited. If you absolutely need something shipped out or it is an over-night situation, please call and confirm shipping date.

• This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for USA Drug Screening.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

• All drug testing products are non refundable due to the nature of the product shelf life. If for some reason you are not satisfied we will make every effort to satisfy our customer’s needs by finding a solution that you are satisfied with.
• In a seldom & special case that is approved by USA Drug Screening. a returned item must be in the original packaging. Any product received by ADL opened, will be immediately discarded. You must include original packing slip, and product inserts and any other accessory that was initially shipped.
• Any packages returned without authorization will be refused and returned back to the sender.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% Restocking Fee, will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days, unless otherwise stated.
• There is a $12.00 order cancellation fee for cancelled orders.
